Many of you would have been prepared to attend this year’s #AWIMAYEHUN (my annual worship concert) either virtually or physically.

Exactly a day to the programme, Saturday 27th February, 2021 at 6am around Itamaga, ljede/Elepe road, Ikorodu, Lagos.

Some guys (3 in number) with Cutlass just suddenly parked by me, collected my phone, searched my pocket, and went away with all i
had on me. I was dumbfounded for some minutes as I couldn’t believe it’s happening in reality.

I have always heard it, but didn’t know
how it feels. The rest is a story.
This is the major reason we had issues connecting people to the programme virtually.

But all thanks to God for the gift of men. Some friends volunteered their phone to be used so people can join us live.

Friends, all I’m saying in essence is lkorodu is no longer safe, as we now walk with fear of been attacked by this jobless and no future guys.

No time is best to move in Ikorodu. Either early morning or late night, this guys operate and go Scot free. We are now the security of
ourselves.

This insecurity is becoming so alarming.
The government is doing nothing about it.
Even to retrieve a sim card now is like trying to lift an elephant. It’s been 3 weeks now, I’ve been trying to retrieve my line, but all to no
avail.
