Entertainment Stage two segment of The Potentials (Ikorodu Elevate) thrilled audience at Igbogbo Police Barracks Stadium on the 10th of April with more Music, Comedy, Dance & Drama.
As the event continues to witness more new registered talents, The show features more entertainment as the Competition pushes to a Creative end in Ikorodu.
With aims to discover more talents across Ikorodu Division, The Competition which has spanned for over a month has Displayed Notting but pure skills and indeed the hidden Potentials in Ikorodu.
The Coordinator of the National Youth Council Of Nigeria Ikorodu Local Government Chapter Comrade Idris Omotayo Asserted that all participants irrespective of the ‘win or loss’ situation of the event, Every contestants is a winner and in all Ikorodu has projected world class acts.
“As we come closer to the end of this Competition, All you have to do is your best, Whether the judges likes your presentation or not, You are a winner” Comrade Idris Omotayo
“Without a doubt this Competition has become a stepping stone to alot of talents in Ikorodu and has given others the platform to grow what they have to offer the world”
“If you don’t make it to the finale due to disqualification by the judges, That doesn’t mean you won’t come to the finale to support the eventual winners. Always be available to clap for others, because a time will come when others will clap for you” Comrade Idris Omotayo Asserted
The grand finale is expected to hold at Ikorodu Town Hall with notable Personalities to be present including celebrities from within and outside Ikorodu Division.
The event which is powered by the National Youth Council Of Nigeria (NYCN) Ikorodu Local Government Chapter has been supported by the Chairman of Ikorodu local government Hon Wasiu Adesina and Endorsed by the Director General Of Lagos State Sports Commission Oluwatoyin Gafaar Bolowotan.
