HAMOJ FOUNDATION GIVES MEDICAL CHECKUP PLUS FREE DRUGS TO 100 RESIDENTS IN IGBOGBO BAIYEKU LCDA ®™√ INN Nigeria ©

Health is wealth as frequently stated cannot be overemphasized in this era of fast life and routine engagement, with rigorous activities to make ends meet in a world of constants tussle. Once in a while, individuals are reminded of the importance of keeping their health in check to promote longevity and a sound mind.

Residents in igbogbo were supported with medical checkup plus drug provision on the 14th of June 2021 by Homaj Foundation to a very positive review.

The program which lasted for 5 hours saw about 100 individuals including youths and the elderly received medical attention in health cases such as High blood pressure and diabetes.

According to Idowu Hammed Odunayo (Hamoj Foundation Covener), the program is positioned not only to medically help residents in igbogbo area of Ikorodu, but also to support the aged individuals.

“Team God’s plan and the Medical professionals on a day free Medical check up and Donations to the aged in igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA Ward C2 was set up to assist our elderly folks facing health challenges and providing them with adequate support” Idowu Odunayo

“In every way, we can support the lifespan of our people. we should make it paramount to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which is the essence of this program. We are not bringing professionals to only administer the basic checkups required, but also to orientate everyone on the need to stay healthy”

“Health they say is wealth, and good health is priceless. The importance of Regular medical checkups cannot be overemphasized that’s why Team Gods plan is bringing up this initiative” Idowu Odunayo Added

Hon Ayodele Israel who doubles as a medical practitioner encouraged residents to take their health seriously and ensure to run their checkup consistently, to stay mentally fit to face every of their life challenges.

“The fact that we don’t even take out time to do exercises is a contributing factor to our health deterioration in this age. As simple and casual as it might sound, taking out time to exercise regularly extends our lifespan”

“We must also be very careful of our sugar level intake at all times, most especially when we are above the age of 30, it is key to our health and prevent us from acute diabetes” Hon pharm Ayodele Israel
