It was really a set back for us as we have worked around every modalities to achieve this project and make the students feel more comfortable to learn”

“After the passing away of our dearly beloved lion (my mentor), Mrs Morayo Oguntolu, that trying and grief period kept us together and stronger which eventually motivated us to pull all our resources together and make this project come to light”

“According to the headteacher, students come to the school early, looking bright and neat, but in a very short time, they become dirty due to their surroundings. This made us worked extensively to renovate 5 block classrooms for them and also we renovated their 3 set toilets to ensure they have a healthy restroom for usage”

“This is my last project as President of Ikorodu Metropolitan lions club, so I want to sincerely thank all our members for their support and encouragement that actually got us to the level we’re in today” Lion Adefunke Esan Added

“There are talents in these students, and it doesn’t take much to bring it out, only a better teaching environment can enhance it

“Lately, I have not seen agitation by teachers towards rehabilitation of schools, I only see much agitation towards appreciation packages, this is why I want to challenge lions whom are also teachers to rally a base and agitate for our community schools to be properly upgraded in order for our children to get quality education.”

“I want to appreciate the Ikorodu metro lions club for living up to expectation, these children are proud of what you have done that is why they are singing and dancing for you today” DG Tokunbo Aromolaran PJMF NLCF added

“It is one thing to make a promise and another thing to fulfil that promise. When I came into this school as a headteacher the structure was dilapidated. This is why I thank Ikorodu metro lions club for living up to expectations and making our children happy”

“Givers never lack, So am encouraging the club to continuously do what they have been objected to doing for our communities” Mrs Mojisola Adunni Added
