Members of the Likeminds group agura/Gberigbe on the 17th of August 2021, paid a congratulatory and courtesy visit to the executive chairman of Ikorodu local government.
The Justice Forum, a group within the All Progressive Congress, paid the visit to Felicitate with the council boss after his victory at the keenly contested Local Government election.
According to Alhaji Wasiu Olugbinde (Leader Of the Justice Forum) “Our support for Adesina was as a result of his prudent management of the Council’s resources, which paved way for his achievements, despite the scarcity of funds at his disposal”
Afterwards, a gigantic beautiful portrait frame was presented to honour the Council boss by the forum as a way of expressing their overwhelming joy on his victory at the LG poll.
Hon Wasiu Adesina in his remark expressed his profound joy and happiness towards the good people of Agura-Gberigbe for deeming it necessary to visit him and at the same time honouring him with a lovely masterpiece portrait.
He also assured the leaders of Justice Forum, Likeminds in Ward G, of the rehabilitation work on the roads commencing soon.
“Not too long ago, I was in talks with my council executives on measures to take in making Mowonla-Gberigbe road motorable, And by the grace of God, before August comes to an end, we shall rehabilitate that road to make movement easy for residents around that area of Ikorodu local government”
“This courtesy visit for me is a motivation and encouragement to do more for our communities and I want to promise the good people of Agura-Gberigbe that they should expect more development from my administration in this second term” Hon Wasiu Adesina Added
The group members include; Mr Lateef Soyombo, Caleb Ogunyemi, Alhaja Hafusat Anjorin, Olaide Asikolaye, Alhaji Yussuf Olanrewaju, Habeeb Olayinka, Yetunde Lamidi, Kunle Koga, Alhaji Wasiu Badejo and Nathaniel, Alhaji Misiliu Sulaimon, (Ola 4), Alhaji Lamidi Folorunso, the immediate past SLG Mr Afinnih and other party leaders were present.
