Ikorodu Diamond lions club patted once again at Jamatul Islamiyyat primary school at sabo axis of Ikorodu local government on the 29th of October 2021, to aid pupils and administration as its project calendar year for 2021 comes to an end.
Students, teachers, and parents of Jamatul Islamiyyat profited from the sugar, BP and Vision test conducted by the Club which also saw Free eyeglasses, drugs and lectures given to the beneficiaries underscoring the necessity to keep their health in review at all times.
In all, an aggregate of 110 parents and teachers plus an additional 53 students took part in the medical empowerment project as the club was commended by the school leadership for living up to objectives in reaching beings.
The project execution ably led by Lion Roseline Ogunlana (club’s President) spanned four (4) hours ensuring all beneficiaries get solutions to their medical complaints.
Mrs Lasisi Elizabeth Modupe, an educator of Jamatul Islamiyyat primary school and also a beneficiary extended her genuine gratitude to the club for all their backing to keep the municipal institution operating.
“This club has done so much for us in this school, they helped us in overhauling our toilets, not too long ago they were here to circulate free uniforms to our students with torn and worn out outfits, now today they’ve come once again to give us medical support”
