4th January 2022, Bldr. Olusesan Daini with other political office holders and management and the entire staff of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA commenced the new administrative year with prayers.

The prayer that started through exhortation from the representative of gbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA Chief Imam (Imam Dikilahi Andu Tanimose), Imam Ismail Andu urged everyone to play their respective roles with fear of God. He noted that a major recipe to achieving more is an absolute fear of God because everyone will give accounts of whatever they do in life. Imam Ismail was in the company of Imam Adam, a member of the league of Imam, Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.

Rev. Ojo J. Ola, Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA  CAN Chairman led Christian prayer with admonitions.

He began his admonition from Psalm 32. On behalf of the entire religious body in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, he appreciated the Executive Chairman for influencing and managing the three main religious bodies to live in peace and harmony. He further urges the Executive Chairman to do more in the new year.

After the admonition, Rev. Babatunde Fasola, Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA CAN Vice-Chairman led Christian prayer.

Traditional Prayer was led by Mr Afolabi Babatunde, the H.O.D Human Resources while the comprehensive invocation of Ifa by Mr Taiwo Oduntan.

At the end of the prayers, the Council-Manager Mrs Mojisola Ogabi addressed the staff; urging them to be focused, determined and service-oriented.

The Vice-Chairman, Hon. Nuraini Oke-Maja also addressed the staff and prayed for the executive Chairman and the management.

Finally, the Executive Chairman addressed the staff, thanked them for a job well-done in 2021 and asked them to let sincerity be their driving force in 2022.

In attendance also was Hon. Adewale Bolowotan, the chief of staff. Hon. Abeeb Anifowose, honourable representing ward C5. Council Treasurer Mrs Badmus Olaide, Council Engineer Mr Segun Orelesi and Mrs Afoseh-Akwe Senami Oluwakemi, HOD Budget
