Igbogbo platinum Lions club president (Lion Owolabi Richard), executives and volunteer members received a hyped-up district governor (Lion Fortune Wagbatsoma) at community high school baiyeku where a 7 point water tap was commissioned on the 25th of February 2022
The project which would go a long way to aid pupils easy access to water was also graced by the executive chairman of Igbogbo baiyeku LCDA (Bldr Olusesan Daini), Lion Jimi Temidayo, school administrators and other community stakeholders
In summary, the district governor urged the school not to seclude the students from accessing the water regularly, since the essence of creating it is entirely for the pupils and not the teachers alone.
Afterwards, The club’s president, Lion Owolabi Richard, appreciated the DG for commissioning the school project, affirming that the club will ensure to monitor the continuous use of the system for sake of maintenance.
