As the pursuit begins to heat up, Prince Eniola Adeyemi (Wake-Up), Ikorodu constituency 1 aspirant for Lagos State house of assembly has called on youths and stakeholders to embrace common ideas in facilitating adequate leadership across the division.
Prince Eniola, in his public statement via social media on the 7th of April 2022, expressed the need for political activists to stand in harmony and create proper checks and balances within the process for democracy to demonstrate itself.
He continued, “It is so uncomfortable and daunting to see how some youths in Ikorodu speculate on how to see things the conventional way. We shouldn’t see anyone in any political office as our enemy or foe, we can always fiddle our function by amassing a synergy that can bring about the Ikorodu of our dreams realistically
“Our stability depends on our unity and we can as youths squat and have a reasonable strategy to oust whoever isn’t in line with contemporary democracy and impactful governance rather than prevaricate”

“This is beyond indexing on WhatsApp groups or constructing grammatical lines on social media, practical politics and modern ideology isn’t a bad idea, I understand how they’ll try to enslave some youths against one another but then the future is ours and that future is now”
“I believe our generation can do more and make our heritage proud” Prince Eniola surmised
On the latter of the same day, after the youth leader emphasised oneness and unity, he was given a shoutout by Ikorodu’s biggest musical export, Qdot Alagbe.
