The Lion of Burdillon keeps roaring as the sensitisation train of South West Agenda for Asiwaju (SWAGA’23) smashes Lagos on the 9th of May 2022 hauling with it the message of Millions of Nigerians yearning for His Excellency, Sen. Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become next president of Nigeria come the 2023.

The political group led by the former Minister of works and media adviser to the Late MKO Abiola; Senator Dayo Adeyeye launched the Lagos state women for SWAGA’2023 at the Haven Event Centre GRA Ikeja, bringing out personalities including the First Lady of Lagos state, Mrs Ibijioke Sanwo-Olu, wife of the deputy governor, Mrs Oluremi Hamzat, Mrs Kemi Nelson amongst other top female dignitaries from the south-western part of the Nation.

The first ladies assured the proponents of the movement of its ceaseless support, pledging to mobilise more political support for the group.

Adding that they would join hands with SWAGA coordinators to take the agenda beyond the Southwest region and make it a national movement.
Declaring their total support towards the group’s agenda, numerous dignitaries hitting the podium affirmed that SWAGA was formed based on the principle in Tinubu’s vision and political philosophy that prioritise expansion of human capital and economy.

They described the APC National Leader (Bola Tinubu) as a “core political thinker” of the modern age, remarking that Tinubu’s constituency in progressive politics strutted him out as a beacon and rallying figure eligible of providing directional leadership to the country in the next dispensation.

The south-west Agenda for Asiwaju known simply as SWAGA is developed to mobilise supporters towards the political aspirations of former Lagos governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a bid to create enhanced leadership over the nation.
