Bishop David Oyedepo, general overseer, Living faith church worldwide, popularly known as Winners Chapel unveiled the progression of the ministry’s legacy project on Sunday the 10th of July 2022.
The project which is evaluated as the largest church edifice in the world was glimpsed by congregation members in all 4 services, ascertaining the present state of the iconic undertaking.
According to Oyedepo, the mission towers is now on its 7th floor and no offerings, loans or sponsor has ever been called to support the project ever since it commenced on march 26th 2021.
The site axis which formally served as Faith Academy (Secondary School) was cleared from the Ark grounds and relocated near Covenant University at a reported cost of N4 Billion ($8 Million).
He continued, “We are entering the Ark with 2 Services, This small place (Faith Tabernacle with 50,000 capacity) will be the overflow”.
“It is the Largest Church Building/Structure in the world with the largest roof span. Basement for 330 cars completed and convertible to 44,000 seats as desired“.
“The Mission Towers now on 7th Floor is targeted to contain a total of 12 Floors with 1,200 toilets (Faith Tabernacle has 240 Toilets) Travel time to Toilet and back to the seat is 7 minutes”.
“20,000 capacity children church, 109,000 capacity auditorium, 88 vormitories, Vertical transportation: 129 Travelators, elevators and escalators”.
“The only period contractors stopped working was to attend Shiloh 2021, The zeal of the Lord shall perform this!” Oyedepo asserted
Faith Tabernacle was the largest Church auditorium in the world from 1999-2015.
