In a quest to promote agricultural pursuits, setting the spotlight on nourishment, Ikorodu Local Government organises its first-ever farm fair at the council secretariat.

The program which runs from the 22nd to the 23rd of June 2023, highlights the significance of consuming safe food to nurture healthy living.

Majorly captioning sales of farm products at cheaper and subsidised prices in an overture, the fair offers families a profitable medium to stock their homes ahead of the Ileya celebration.

At the venue, a vendor session was provided for sales of Catfish, bags of Rice, Palm Oil, Vegetables, and other consumable products from 9am to 6pm daily.

The Farm fair, spearheaded by Ikorodu Local Government is in partnership with the United Apex Farmers in Ikorodu.
