Aarebirin, Honourable Princess ( Dr.) Folashade Olabanji-Oba, the Vice Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government and National Chairman of the Association of Local Government vice chairmen of Nigeria has sent a message of love and compassion to Muslims celebrating Eid Adha.
In her message to Ikorodu News Network (INN), Hon. Princess (Dr) Folashade Olabanji-Oba encouraged Muslims to celebrate with each other and to be kind and compassionate towards one another.
She reminded them that Eid Adha is a time to reflect on their faith and to give thanks for his blessings.
Hon. Princess (Dr) Folashade Olabanji-Oba also spoke about the new government of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and assured Muslims that they should not worry about their expectations not being met.
She stated that Nigerians will truly be glad of the choice they have made in Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Presidency.
In her words, she stated that the government will eventually satisfy the needs of all Nigerians.
She continued, “While we thank Allah for His grace and protection over all of us and our communities, the season requires us to rebuild our faith in God and submission to Him, as may be expressed in retaining outstanding relations with fellow humans, enjoining decent and discouraging evils and mischief”
“We must also participate positively in the growth of our community at all times”.
“I am using this medium to urge everyone to join hands with the new government at all levels to keep the joint values of being one another’s helper and to develop the state and the country for the benefit of all.” Folashade-Oba asserted.
Her message is sure to uplift and encourage Muslims during this important annual celebration.
Hon. Princess ( Dr) Folashade Olabanji-Oba is known for her dedication to serving the people of Nigeria and her message is a reflection of her commitment to promoting love, compassion, and unity.
Folashade-Oba is also the Global Director General of the Asiwaju Distinguished Ambassadors Movement (ADAM).
