On the 3rd of October 2023, a groundbreaking ceremony marked the commencement of the ambitious project, which promises to transform the school's facilities.
The cornerstone of the renovation project focuses on providing standard toilets and ensuring hygiene and sanitation for the students and staff. Additionally, a block containing five classrooms is set to undergo a complete makeover, with workers already on-site to initiate the renovation process.
This project is a fulfilment of a promise made by Builder Olusesan Daini during a comprehensive tour and needs assessment of all 13 primary schools in the LCDA. At that time, while distributing educational support materials, he pledged to renovate one block of five classrooms at Methodist Primary School, Igbogbo, complete with standard toilets. True to his word, the project has officially commenced.
