ODUBORISA REFLECTS ON FULFILLING TENURE AS PRESIDENT OF ORIWU CLUB IKORODU ®™√ INN Nigeria ©

In an exclusive interview with Ikorodu News Network (INN) on December 16, 2023, Otunba Amid Adekunle Oduborisa, the President of Oriwu Club Ikorodu, expressed satisfaction with his tenure, citing accomplishments.

During the Presidential party at the clubhouse, Oduborisa revealed, “Our 5 years development plan for the club saw success, with only the Bio-diversity garden project left unexecuted due to deliberation on the possible project location. Apart from that, we conquered all challenges.”

He added, “Even the legacy project, the general hospital, Agbala Annex, wasn’t initially part of my plans. It was actually during my tenure I realise we’ll be clocking 50years old, which requires a grand legacy project that we eventually executed it the General Hospital Agbala Annex”.

“You can never achieve all your set plans, but as President of Oriwu Club Ikorodu, I must say Alhamdulillah, thank God for everything. Go around today and see for yourself how we put things in shape.”

The prestigious event witnessed the presence of notable figures, including Dr. Tunji Alausa, Honorable Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare; Senator Adetokunbo Abiru, representing Lagos East Senatorial District; Rep. Babajimi Benson MHR; Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, NIDCOM chairman, and others.

In attendance were also distinguished royal majesties, including Oba Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, Ayangbure of Ikorodu Kingdom; Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom; Oba Aremu Shotonwa, Sekumade of Ipakodo, and other traditional rulers, adding regal flair to the celebration of Oduborisa’s impactful tenure as president.
