Displaying generous moves to alleviate the festive season’s challenges, Ikorodu federal lawmaker, Representative Babajimi Adegoke Benson (MHR), organized the December edition of the iCare Foodbank program in Ikorodu.
The initiative distributed 1000 food items known as ‘APO ANU’ to constituents, benefiting families, elderly individuals, widows, and the vulnerable in the community.
Mayor Dean Sanwo-Ola, the DG of iCare Foundation expressed gratitude for the overwhelming turnout and ongoing support.
He urged beneficiaries to adhere to the program rules, emphasizing the increased distribution from 500 to 1000 bags due to the festive period.

Alhaji F. I, who donated 100 pieces of bread, Sanwo-Ola highlighted the importance of following guidelines and efficiently managing the program.

She emphasized the marketers’ readiness to support the administration’s efforts for community well-being.
