Residents of Solafun Street in Alibaba and Lowa Community in Ikorodu Local Government expressed jubilation as Hon. Wasiu Adesina, the council chairman, inaugurated a vital water borehole project on April 18th, 2024.

The ceremony commenced at Alibaba, Ward F, where community stakeholders warmly welcomed the chairman and his delegation.
Notable figures including Mr. Oseni Otta, Chairman of Owode Solafun CDA, Chief Awomodu, Baale of the community, and Hon. Raheem Mukaram, APC Ward F Chairman, commended Adesina’s altruistic gesture.
The council chairman’s proactive approach received further acclaim from Hon. Oluwakemi Buraimoh, the councillor representing Ward F, who facilitated the project.

Transitioning to Upper Lowa CDA, residents expressed gratitude for the borehole project facilitated by Hon. Mutiat Fatuga, Deputy Leader of the Legislative Chamber in Ikorodu Local Government.
Adisa Mustapha Babatunde, General Secretary of Upper Lowa CDA, lauded Adesina’s support, advocating for additional infrastructure improvements such as street lights to bolster community safety and productivity.
Mr. Olajide Kuti, Chairman of Upper Lowa CDA, hailed the water intervention as a generous contribution towards community development, emphasizing the necessity of road upgrades to enhance accessibility.
