Hon. Wasiu Adesina, the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, has extended his heartfelt greetings to the Muslim community within the local government area on the celebration of Eid-ul-Adha.
In his message, Chairman Adesina emphasized the significance of the celebration as a time for reflection, devotion, and submission to Allah’s will.
“Eid-ul-Adha is a moment for us to strengthen our relationship with Allah (SWT), providing renewed hope through complete submission and reliance on His will,” Adesina stated.
He called upon the faithful to embrace the spiritual essence of the festival and to engage in introspection.
Conveying his wishes on behalf of his family, the executive, the legislative arm, and the entire management and staff of Ikorodu Local Government, Adesina hoped for a peaceful and memorable celebration for all.
He urged the community to celebrate in moderation and to remain vigilant about maintaining order and security.
“On behalf of my Family, Executives, Legislative Arm, management, and staff of Ikorodu Local Government, I wish you a peaceful and memorable Eid celebration. Please celebrate in moderation, maintaining orderliness and security consciousness,” he advised.
