Aarebirin Hon (Dr) Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba, Vice-chairman of Ikorodu Local Government and National Chairman of the Association of Local Government Vice-chairmen of Nigeria (ALGOVC), recently marked her 60th birthday.
The milestone, she shared, was marked with profound gratitude and a deep sense of devotion to God’s grace and mercy.
She expressed that reaching this significant age was a testament to the divine favor she has experienced throughout her life.
Folashade-Oba took this opportunity to reflect on her journey, acknowledging the numerous blessings and guidance she has received from God.
In her message to Ikorodu NewsNetwork (INN) on Wednesday the 24th of July 2024, she expressed that her longevity and achievements are solely attributable to divine grace.
Her life’s mission, she explained, has been to serve both God and humanity with unwavering commitment. “My purpose has always been to serve to the best of my abilities,” she affirmed, reflecting on her life’s journey and future aspirations.
As she marks the significant birthday, Folashade-Oba, who also serves as the Global Director General of the Asiwaju Distinguished Ambassadors Movement (ADAM), extended her heartfelt wishes for continued accomplishments.
She encouraged her well-wishers to maintain their faith in God and trust in the systems in place, assuring them that better times are ahead.
Addressing the current economic difficulties faced by many Nigerians due to rising living costs, Folashade-Oba called for patience with the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“This time shall pass,” she stated optimistically, emphasizing that a prosperous Nigeria is on the horizon. She urged citizens to remain hopeful and positive, despite the challenges.
