To honour the 10th anniversary of the passing of HRM Oba Salaudeen Afolabi Oyefusi Oguntade II, his children organized a comprehensive free medical checkup for Ikorodu residents on the 1st of August 2024.

The event, held at his residence in Lowa, continued the family’s tradition of community support, following a prior welfare provision event and aimed at delivering crucial health services to local residents.

The medical checkup covered a broad range of services, including eye examinations, physical therapy, blood pressure monitoring, diabetes and hypertension screenings, among others.

Participants also received the necessary medications as part of the program. Over 200 residents, including men, women, the elderly, young adults, and children, benefited from this health outreach.

Special consideration was given to individuals with special needs, ensuring inclusive support for all.
