Displaying talent and creativity, Emma Sax and Eric, an artistic duo from Akwa Ibom State, captured the attention of Bishop David Oyedepo, the General Overseer of Living Faith Church Worldwide, during the 2024 Youth Alive Convention.

The week-long event, held at Canaanland Ota, the international headquarters of the ministry, has been buzzing with excitement as it draws to a close.

The duo’s remarkable performance on Friday the 16th of August 2024 lasted just 11 minutes and 8 seconds, but it left a lasting impression on the thousands of youths in attendance.

Eric’s art captivated the audience as he meticulously drew a stunning portrait of Bishop Oyedepo and his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Faith Oyedepo, while Emma Sax played a medley of gospel tunes, his eyes covered as if blind, demonstrating an extraordinary level of skill and dedication.

Before their performance, the presenter highlighted that the act was intended to inspire and empower individuals with disabilities, proving that limitations do not define one’s ability to achieve greatness.

The climax of the presentation came when Eric unveiled his finished artwork.

The audience erupted in applause, and the coordinator promptly presented the masterpiece to Bishop Oyedepo, who had been watching the performance with keen interest.

Overcome with joy, the General Overseer laid his hands on Eric, blessing him for his incredible talent.

The 2024 Youth Alive Convention, themed “Empowered,” began on Tuesday, August 13th, and will conclude on Saturday, August 17th.
