Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) from N990 per litre to N970 per litre.
This price adjustment, effective immediately, underscores the refinery’s commitment to national development and its appreciation for the unwavering support of Nigerians and the government.
In a statement issued by Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer, the refinery expressed its gratitude to the public for making the vision of a world-class refinery a reality.
“As the year comes to an end, this is our way of appreciating the good people of Nigeria for their unwavering support in making the refinery a dream come true,” Chiejina said.
He further noted that the price reduction is part of broader efforts to complement government initiatives that promote domestic enterprise and economic well-being.
Assuring stakeholders of product quality, the statement emphasized that the refinery would not compromise on its standards.
“We assure you of the best quality products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable,” Chiejina added.
Dangote Refinery also highlighted its ongoing efforts to ramp up production capacity to meet and exceed domestic fuel consumption needs, dispelling concerns over potential supply shortfalls.
The move reflects the company’s determination to maintain a stable and sufficient fuel supply across Nigeria.
