The ambitious housing project, spanning an impressive 9.98 hectares of land, will deliver 704 modern housing units spread across 44 blocks.
Each block will feature state-of-the-art 2-bedroom apartments, designed to provide comfort and convenience for residents.
Speaking on the project, Governor Sanwo-Olu emphasized the importance of enhancing the quality of life for Lagosians.
“We’re not just building homes. We are focused on enhancing the living experience for our residents,” he said.
In addition to the residential units, the estate will include world-class amenities such as a cinema house, a playground, a water treatment plant, and well-constructed road networks.
These features are aimed at creating a holistic community that meets both residential and recreational needs.
The Odonla-Odogunyan Housing Estate Project reflects the commitment of the Lagos State Government to addressing the housing deficit in the state through strategic partnerships.
The collaboration with Access Bank Plc underscores the growing synergy between the public and private sectors in driving infrastructural development across Lagos.
With modern facilities and a focus on community living, the project is set to become a benchmark for housing development in Lagos State, further solidifying the government’s agenda of delivering sustainable and inclusive urban development.
