ADESINA: IKORODU LG TO COMMISSION 20 ROADS AND LAUNCH KEY PROJECTS ~ INN Nigeria ☆

During the annual Christmas party organized by Ikorodu Local Government on the 18th of December 2024, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Wasiu Adesina unveiled an array of transformative projects the council aims to deliver before the conclusion of his tenure in 2025.

In his address, Hon. Adesina disclosed that the council is set to commission 20 constructed roads across the local government area.

This ambitious infrastructure development underscores the administration’s commitment to enhancing connectivity and improving the quality of life for residents.

Highlighting other initiatives, the chairman announced that the legislative chamber, currently under construction, will be completed and handed over to the next administration, ensuring seamless legislative operations in the years to come.

Furthermore, Hon. Adesina revealed plans to give the entire Ikorodu Local Government Secretariat a facelift, modernizing the facility to reflect the growth and development of the community.

In a move to celebrate and promote the rich cultural heritage of Ikorodu, the council is also set to build a cultural and entertainment centre.

This project aims to provide a hub for artistic expression and entertainment while boosting local tourism and economic growth.
