As the Yuletide season fills the air with joy and celebration, the Lagos State Office of Rural Development has delivered a heartfelt message to all Lagosians, with a special focus on residents of rural areas.
In a statement on the 27th of December 2024 highlighting the importance of unity, love, and togetherness during this festive season, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, conveyed the message.
Lagosians were encouraged to celebrate responsibly, showing kindness and compassion to one another.
“This season reminds us of the beauty of unity, love, and togetherness. Let us celebrate responsibly and with care, showing kindness and compassion to one another,” the message read.
Dr. Agbaje also emphasized the need for vigilance and safety during the festivities, calling on everyone to contribute to building a more secure and harmonious community.
The statement reaffirmed the Lagos State Government’s commitment to delivering impactful development projects to every corner of the state.
