HON. ARO ABIODUN INSPECTS RERI SCHOOL PROJECT, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION IN IKORODU CONSTITUENCY II ~ INN Nigeria ☆

Fostering a conducive learning environment for students in Ikorodu Constituency II, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly, recently inspected the ongoing construction at Reri Secondary School, Oreta, on the 9th of January 2025.

The initiative reflects the Lagos State Government’s dedication to improving educational infrastructure across the state.

The project entails the construction of a modern 18-classroom block to accommodate the increasing number of students in the community.

Additionally, six existing classrooms and an office are undergoing renovations, while new toilet facilities are being installed to enhance sanitary conditions for students and staff.

The school’s security is also being addressed with the elevation of the perimeter fence to ensure safety within the premises.

Speaking during the inspection, Hon. Abiodun expressed his satisfaction with the progress of the project.

He lauded the contractors for their dedication and reiterated his commitment to prioritizing education in his constituency.

“This project is a testament to our resolve to create an environment where students can thrive academically. Education remains the foundation for our community’s growth and development,” he said.

Hon. Abiodun also commended the leadership of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, whose support was instrumental in securing approval for the school project.

“Governor Sanwo-Olu’s vision for education has been a driving force behind initiatives like this. His unwavering dedication to the youth is evident in the state’s continued investment in educational infrastructure,” he added.

Bldr Sesan Daini, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA and supporter of Hon. Abiodun praised the lawmaker’s proactive efforts in transforming the education sector.

“Hon. Abiodun’s passion for service is evident in projects like this. It’s leaders like him who inspire trust and hope in the future of our community,” he remarked.
