NIGERIAN ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIETY CONGRATULATES FOUNDING MEMBER, PRINCE AMID ADEKUNLE ODUBORISA FMNES, ON GOVERNING COUNCIL APPOINTMENT AT FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF ENVIRONMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, OGONI ~ INN Nigeria ☆

The Nigerian Environmental Society (NES) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Prince Amid Adekunle Oduborisa FMNES, a founding member of the Society, on his appointment as a member of the Governing Council of the Federal University of Environment and Technology, Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State.

The appointment was part of a major announcement made by President Bola Tinubu recently, in which he approved the appointment of a new Pro-Chancellor, Governing Council members, and principal officers for the newly established institution.

This marks a significant milestone in operationalizing the specialized university, which is designed to address environmental and technological challenges in Nigeria while fostering innovation and community development.

In a congratulatory statement, the NES hailed Prince Oduborisa’s selection as a prestigious recognition of his wealth of experience, dedication, and outstanding contributions to environmental advocacy and sustainable development.
