DR. AGBAJE CONGRATULATES NEWLY APPOINTED LASRAB DIRECTOR-GENERAL, RAZAAK AMODU, AS LAGOS MINISTRY HOSTS SEND-FORTH CEREMONY ~ INN Nigeria ☆

The Honourable Commissioner for Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mr. Bolaji Kayode Robert, on Friday led top officials of the ministry to a special send-forth ceremony in honour of Mr. Razaak Amodu, the former Director of Local Government Administration, following his recent appointment as the Director-General, Lagos State Records and Archives Bureau (LASRAB).

The event, held at the Ministry’s headquarters, was graced by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje; the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa; alongside directors, senior management staff, family members, friends, and well-wishers.

In his goodwill message, Dr. Agbaje congratulated Mr. Amodu on what he described as a “well-deserved elevation,” commending his professionalism, administrative excellence, and unwavering commitment to service throughout his tenure in the ministry.

He added that Mr. Amodu’s appointment by the Governor of Lagos State reflects the administration’s confidence in his capacity to strengthen and advance archival and records management in the state.

The atmosphere at the send-forth ceremony was warm and celebratory, filled with heartfelt encomiums from colleagues who praised Mr. Amodu’s leadership style, teamwork spirit, and remarkable contributions to local government administration in Lagos.
