
Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Rural Development, has conveyed heartfelt Christmas greetings to residents of rural communities across Lagos State, wishing them a joyful, peaceful, and fulfilling festive season.
In his goodwill message on the 25th of December 2025 to mark the Christmas celebration, Dr. Agbaje described the season as a special period of love, gratitude, and togetherness, encouraging residents to use the opportunity to strengthen family bonds and community unity.
He urged people in rural areas to celebrate in an atmosphere of peace and mutual respect.
The Special Adviser advised residents to celebrate responsibly and safely, particularly during social gatherings and travels, in order to ensure that the festive season is enjoyed without regrets.
He emphasized that safety and moderation are essential to preserving the joy that comes with the Christmas celebration.
Dr. Agbaje also reminded residents that generosity and compassion remain at the heart of Christmas, calling on individuals and groups to remember the less privileged in their communities through acts of kindness and sharing.
