On 3rd February 2026, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu delivered a brand-new transformer to the community as part of efforts to enhance power accessibility in rural areas.
The initiative underscores the Lagos State Government’s commitment to rural development and improving the quality of life for residents by ensuring reliable and consistent electricity supply.
The transformer was formally handed over to the Ilara Community Development Association (CDA), marking a key milestone in the Lagos State Government’s ongoing Rural Electrification Program.
