This is coming at a time the Lagos Fire and Rescue Service is celebrating 50 years of service.

A fire engine is a road vehicle that functions as a firefighting apparatus.

The primary purposes of a fire engine include transporting firefighters and water to an incident as well as carrying equipment for firefighting operations.

Fire Fighting Trucks are assembled of water tanks, foam tanks, pump rooms, equipment rooms, output power, transmission system, piping system and electrical system etc.

It is widely used in urban firemen teams, petrochemical, industrial enterprises, forests, ports and terminals etc.
