The National Chairman of the Association of Local Government Vice-Chairmen of Nigeria, Aarebirin Honourable (Dr) Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba as extended her heartfelt congratulations to Ikorodu federal lawmaker, Honourable Babajimi Benson MHR on his reelection to the house of representatives.

Folashade-Oba, Executive Vice-chairman of Ikorodu local government conveyed her congratulatory message to the national legislator on the 1st of March 2023 via Ikorodu News Network (INN).

In her statement, Folashade-Oba said that going into the elections on February 25th, she was confident that Rep. Jimi Benson would emerge triumphant in a landslide, which ultimately ensued.

She added that she is also confident that the legislator’s return will usher in more development to the waterbed region, and also a collaboration between the legislature and the other arms and levels of government.
