During the Community Development Day of the annual Igbogbo day celebrations on November 24, 2023, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Rural Development, revealed that the Lagos State Government has approved the construction of the Lami Agoro/Ganiu Oduntan street in Igbogbo.

Dr. Agbaje highlighted the recent completion of the Olatifewa to Omidina street road project by the Lagos State Government.

He stated, “The ongoing Baganju off Alhaji Oseni street in Igbogbo is also being facilitated by the Lagos State Government.”

“I am pleased to announce to you today that the state government has just approved the construction of Lami Agoro/Ganiu Oduntan street road in Igbogbo,” Dr. Agbaje asserted during his address.

Expressing gratitude, he thanked the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, for his pivotal role in the development of the region.

Additionally, Dr. Agbaje commended Builder Sesan Daini, the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA, for his exemplary administrative leadership qualities.

The approval of the new infrastructure project signifies the government’s commitment to enhancing the living standards and connectivity in Igbogbo, further fostering community development in the region.
