In a dazzling ceremony held on the 9th of December, 2023, the Radio/Television Caller’s Association of Nigeria, Ogijo/Ikorodu Chapter, bestowed the Outstanding Role Model Awards on Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko.
The prestigious accolade was presented by Alhaja Abolore Owelewa, known as Alhaja Chicago and serving as the Chairperson for the occasion.
Prior to presenting the award, the association highlighted Princess Basirat Banjoko’s exceptional presence and contributions, commending her for her significant role as a beacon in her community.
Expressing profound appreciation, the executive committee and members extended their gratitude to Princess Banjoko for her moral support and financial contributions to the success of the association’s maiden edition of the Yoruba Festival of Arts and Culture.
Further acknowledging Princess Basirat Banjoko as a progressive partner and valued friend, she was recognized as a reliable and dependable ally in times of need, pointing on her contributions which has instilled hope and assurance in the association’s pursuit of sustainable partnerships and rewarding relationships.
On her path, Princess Basirat Adetutu Banjoko, the only female councilor in the legislative chamber of Igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA, thanked the leadership and members of the Radio/Television Caller’s Association for honouring her with the prestigious award.
She explained that the award is simply a motivation to do more for the growth and development of her community, wishing the association continuous blessings and divine favor.
