In a recent interview with Ikorodu News Network (INN), the Executive chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Wasiu Adesina expressed gratitude to Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Rural Development, for their joint efforts in conducting a comprehensive assessment of rural roads in Ikorodu.

Adesina highlighted the significance of their collaboration, emphasizing that the assessments were aimed at enhancing the standard of living for residents in 2024.

He underscored the importance of prioritizing road upgrades, indicating his commitment to improving infrastructure within the region.

During the interview, Adesina commended Dr. Agbaje for actively participating in the road inspections throughout the year.

He expressed appreciation for the support and collaborative spirit displayed by the Special Adviser.

“I want to appreciate our amiable SA for his support and listening tendencies, which have been of great support to my administration,” Adesina stated.

He acknowledged the positive synergy between their offices, noting that Dr Agbaje is dedicated to ensuring that the goals of the Lagos State THEMES Plus Agenda, spearheaded by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, are effectively realized in Ikorodu local government.
