On the 10th of January, 2024, Lagos Billionaire, Mr Femi Otedola fulfilled his promise to support the Lagos State Security Trust Fund with a generous donation of 1 billion Naira.

According to the Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on his social media page, the significant contribution is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing safety and security across Lagos.

Sanwo-Olu explains, “The commitment of Mr Otedola, a dedicated and patriotic citizen, reflects his deep concern for the well-being of fellow Lagosians”.

The donation was officially presented at Lagos House, Marina, by Ms Tolani Otedola on behalf of her father.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Lagos State government, Governor Sanwo-Olu highlighted the substantial impact this donation will have on bolstering efforts to create a secure environment for residents.

He continues, “The funds will be directed towards various initiatives aimed at strengthening the capabilities of law enforcement and ensuring the overall safety of the city”.
