Displaying commitment to education and community development, the newly renovated block of three classrooms at African Bethel Primary School at Maya axis in Ikorodu North LCDA is set to be officially commissioned.

The initiative, spearheaded by the Builder Adeola Adebisi Banjọ-led administration, breathed new life into a structure that had long suffered from neglect due to poor management.

With leaking roofs and cracked walls, the classrooms had been rendered unusable, until recent interventions revitalized the space.

This project adds to the legacy of Rep. Babajimi Benson, MHR, whose prior efforts facilitated the construction of several new structures within the school premises.

While other blocks of classrooms remain in good condition, this particular block fell into disrepair, prompting its abandonment by the school.

Acting on the synergy between himself and the esteemed lawmaker, the Executive Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, leveraging his background in construction, has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to providing quality education in modern and conducive learning environments.

The newly renovated classrooms not only meet structural engineering standards but also boast amenities such as reading chairs, tables, and marker boards.

Media reports suggest that the council administration is eagerly anticipating the availability of Rep. Babajimi Benson for the official commissioning ceremony, recognizing his pivotal role in the project’s realization.

The event, slated to take place in the coming days, symbolizes a significant milestone in the council’s ongoing efforts to enhance educational facilities in Ikorodu North LCDA.
