Hon. Babayemisi Kehinde Fakunmoju (popularly known as BKF) has been officially endorsed as the preferred candidate for the position of Councilor representing Ward E2 in the forthcoming local government elections, in a powerful show of grassroots solidarity by the Ilado Descendants Family in Erikorodo, Ikorodu North LCDA.
This significant endorsement, coming from one of the founding and most influential families in Erikorodo, signals widespread support for BKF’s candidacy and further strengthens his grassroots credibility.
During the endorsement ceremony on 5th of May 2025, the Head of the Ilado Descendants Family, Chief Arowolo Wahab, and the Family Secretary, Alhaji Shamsideen Apanisile, spoke passionately about Hon. Fakunmoju’s unwavering dedication to community development, his accessibility, and his long-standing service to the people of Erikorodo.
According to them, BKF’s commitment to the upliftment of the ward—especially in areas of youth empowerment, infrastructural advocacy, and social inclusion—makes him the ideal representative at this critical time.
