APC BEGINS MEMBERSHIP E-REGISTRATION IN IKORODU WEST LCDA — HON. TAIWO ABIMBOLA OWOMILOWOMI ~ INN Nigeria ☆

The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has commenced its party membership e-registration exercise on Monday, January 5, 2026, Hon. Taiwo Abimbola Owomilowomi has announced.

Hon. Owomilowomi, who serves as the Majority Leader of the Ikorodu West LCDA Legislative Council and Councillor representing Ward “E” (Isawo and environs), disclosed this in an official statement made available to party members and residents of the council area.

According to him, the e-registration exercise is aimed at strengthening unity within the party, deepening grassroots political participation, and expanding the APC’s membership base across Ikorodu West LCDA.

He explained that the exercise is open to all eligible individuals who wish to become card-carrying members of the party, stressing that applicants must be at least 18 years old and must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).

Hon. Owomilowomi noted that the adoption of an electronic registration process aligns with the party’s commitment to innovation, transparency, and efficient membership management, while also making the process more accessible to prospective members, especially youths.

He urged residents of Ikorodu West LCDA, particularly those who share the progressive ideals of the APC, to take advantage of the opportunity to formally identify with the party and contribute meaningfully to its growth and success at the grassroots level.

The councillor, who is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (FCILGPAN), reaffirmed the APC’s belief in “Strength in Unity” and emphasized that the registration exercise would further consolidate the party’s structure ahead of future political engagements in the area.

Hon. Owomilowomi concluded by calling on party stakeholders, ward leaders, and supporters across Ikorodu West LCDA to mobilize eligible residents for a successful registration exercise.
