The Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, has extended heartfelt birthday felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Igbogbo/Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun.
