Fadhilat Sheik Imam Abdul Hammed Usman Sheu Gunmi, National Missioner of Kanzul Rahma, expressed gratitude for the attendees, elucidating the meaning of Kanzul Rahma as the "Altar of Mercy."
Sheu Gunmi highlighted the importance of honoring Prophet Muhammad, stating, "We celebrate him because there is no one that, when celebrated, will not honor us."
He appealed for support in the construction of Kanzul Rahma Omigo central mosque, aiming to foster good moral values in the community.
Adewale Abdul Waheed, Chairman of Kanzul Rahma Society of Nigeria, echoed this sentiment, stating, "Our aim is to promote good moral in the community."
Fadhilat Sheikh Imam Abdul Wasihi Adio Bawa Allah, Founder of Bamas Ujubatu Zamanni, lauded Kanzul Rahma for allowing him to be the lecturer for the occasion. His lecture focused on humility as the key to success, growth, and heaven. "When you are humble, God is always with you," emphasized Bawa Allah, urging all to embrace humility.
Al_Islami Hamod Majimilade emphasized that humility, not just money or wisdom, is the path to a successful life.
He encouraged members to follow in the footsteps of Imam Sheu Gunmi, highlighting the importance of good manners.
Mr. Adamu Ibrahim, General Chairman of Omigo Estate, thanked Kanzul Rahma for positively influencing the youth and reducing the level of negative influence in the community.
Muhammad Zikirullahi Shakirudeen expressed gratitude to all who contributed to the success of the mosque.

In his sermon on Sunday 11th of June 2023, the foremost clergyman explained that only a humble spirit is positioned to experience a renewal in the ongoing revival of the church.
Advising his congregation to beware of pride, Bishop Oyedepo urged everyone to comprehend that the truth is bitter but it's meant to make life better, just as a medicine is bitter but restores health to a sick individual.
He cautioned the church against the practice of gay and lesbianism.
"Evil communication corrupts good manners, be careful where you send your children in these times, so they don't return one day to introduce same-sex to you for marriage purpose".
"I've been in this walk with God for 54yrs and the fear of God as a lifestyle is the mystery behind the success of this commission" he asserted.
Stating that working on oneself is the first step to growth before walking to advance the kingdom of God, he added that self-discovery in building faith sets up a standard for believers.
Accentuating the proofs of a revival, he illustrates that genuine repentance is a factor to peg in identifying true revival
"Every evil act begins with an evil thought, if you must prevent the act, then rebuke the thought Mark 7:21".
"A redeemed believer gets peace from heaven that remains steadfast even in the period of worldly storms Galatians 5:22".

The Executive Chairman, Hon. Wasiu Adesina and his wife, Mrs Abolanle Adesina, staged a dance-filled gathering of appreciation to God at the council secretariat on the 11th of May 2023.
Themed 'Joyful Noise', the event was billed as the 3rd annual thanksgiving ceremony hosted at the Secretariat.
Featuring songs of praise and worship (including the reading of hymes), words exhortations by clerics and special prayer sessions, the program essentially entrusted the council's administration into the hands of God.
Mrs Abolanle Adesina in her welcome address, told the guests that the gathering is meant to thank God for his mercies, blessings and favour over the years, conveying indebtedness for his compassion and grace.
She said that many people who started the year in January are no more, and that's why every breathing soul has reason to give God thanks, irrespective of their religion.
She proceeded "We're utilising this medium to thank God for the success we also had during the last elections in which our APC National Leader, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu "Jagaban of Africa" emerged as the President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria".
"We are appreciating God for the successful re-election of (Lagos State Governor) His Excellency, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, our distinguished Senator Adetokunbo Abiru (representing the Lagos East Senatorial district), Hon. Babajimi Benson MHR (representing Ikorodu federal constituency), and the newly elected house of assembly members in Ikorodu division," she said.
"Another juncture we're depicting with this program is letting the good people of Ikorodu local government know that thanksgiving propels God to do more for us"
"By expressing an attitude of gratitude, we are sure that Nigeria is going to be a better place for us all" she asserted.
With Apex Leaders, Baales of the Ayangburen in council, Alhaja Taofikat Allison, Iya Oloja general of Ikorodu division, and residents of Ikorodu Local Government in attendance, the program gave everyone genuine reasons to acknowledge God for courage and the outgoing of the 2nd quarter of the year 2023.
On his part, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Wasiu Adesina stated that Thanksgiving is a time for gathering friends and family, showing generosity and candour in providing. Underscoring that God has been faithful to everyone, the council boss emphasised his strong perception, stating that giving thanks and praises to God secures divine security and protection.
He continued "Our method of worship may differ, but the Holy Book still direct us to "One God" for us to see him in oneness and appreciate his sovereignty".
"As we raise our voices, thanking him irrespective of our beliefs, culture or practices, God answers our prayers because it's never by our power or might".
Adesina further commended the efforts of the various Heads of management and Members of staff of the Council, calling them a great strength in propelling his administration. "The Almighty God will continue to be our guiding light for direction and a strong tower as we partner and support this administration to greater developments and change in making Ikorodu Oga an extraordinary place to abide" the chairman added.
Pst. Femi Gilbert of the Daylight Revival Church International, Ikorodu took the word exhortation, bringing a depth of understanding to the reasons everyone must live a life of thanksgiving.
The high point of the program was the presentation of both cash gifts and welfare packages to Widows and needy families in Ikorodu local government.
The wife of the council chairman, Mrs Abolanle Adesina, later told Ikorodu News Network (INN) that showing gratitude to God also comes with giving joy in the heart of men through acts of generosity.
She acknowledged that while people are expectant of better days to come, a lot of residents are hungry, most especially the widows, who need support.
"We're also using this as a course to support the needy and give hope to the downtrodden" she concluded.

Senator Abiru in a statement by his media aide, Mr Enitan Olukotun, in Lagos on Friday, extolled Muslim ummah for their sacrifice, steadfastness and perseverance in the month of Ramadan, in obedience to the injunction of Almighty Allah.
While urging Muslims to eschew vices they forsook during the Holy month, Senator Abiru admonished all Nigerians not to relent in their prayers for Nigeria, particularly, as the President-Elect of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, is set to take the mantle of leadership of our dear country.

Dr Obasa noted that the grace given to Muslims during the fasting period, which culminates in this year's Eid-el-Fitr, is a renewal of the need to constantly show gratitude to Almighty Allah for His provision, love and protection.
The Speaker, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Eromosele Ebhomele, commended the Muslim faithful in Nigeria for spending the Ramadan period praying for not themselves alone, but the country.
He expressed optimism that Nigeria would soon begin to experience a new direction with the forthcoming change of leadership baton between President Muhammadu Buhari and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Obasa thanked Lagosians for keeping faith in the government and constantly supporting it to succeed. He also praised Nigerians for remaining resolute and resilient with the hope of seeing the country of their dream just as he urged Muslims not to forget the lessons embedded in Ramadan and Eid-el-Fitr.
