Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu unveiled the first electric car to be assembled in Nigeria. Lagosians and indeed Nigerians can now drive electric cars. Lagos remains the hub for the nation’s economy, a pace setter in industrialisation. A home for meaningful development.
The electric car is called a HYUNDAI KONA and it takes 9 hrs 45m for a full charge (0-100%). It can go as far as 422 Kilometer at one charge. It has a 5 years Warranty, it is easy to handle and includes a stylish interior.
HYUNDAI KONA can be charged from a regular socket but with its specified charger, as seen in the video.
Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu on Friday restated that his administration will complete the 10-lane Lagos Badagry Expressway. The Governor stated this during the launch of first electric car in Nigeria.
