
The talent hunts program of Imota Students’ Union Week 2020 (ISU WEEK 2020) commenced today with the art exhibition – drawing and painting.
The program witnessed the presence of five secondary schools within Ikorodu Division amongst which are; Omotara College, Great Kezino College, Regal College, Ansar Ur Deen Senior Grammar School, and Imota Community Senior Grammar School.
The Students which was tasked to come-up with drawing and painting on the theme; …Connecting The Dots submitted different entries that wowed both the juries and the spectators.
After a thorough assessment by the juries which were culled from Oshodi Arts Gallery, Regal College, Imota was declared the winner of the painting and drawing, while Great Kezino, Adamo and Ansar Ur Deen Senior Grammar School, Imota emerged 1st and 2nd runner-up respectively.
Master Edeneh Uchenna of Imota Community Senior Grammar School, Imota was offered a free training at Oshodi Arts gallery as part of effort to nurture his potentials due to his beautiful submission.
Also, Pastor Promise and Mr. Luqman Ogunlaru, the staff of Oshodi Arts Gallery, declared a free training on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of the institution for every students that participated in the painting and drawing of ISU Week 2020 Talent Hunt.
Addressing the participants, Comrade Adebogun Oriyomi Modupe said that talent hunt of ISU Week 2020 continues tomorrow, Thursday, 19th of November, 2020 with a Spoken Words.
