HON WASIU ADESINA DELIVERS PATROL VEHICLES TO POLICE COMMAND IN IKORODU, PRAISED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT ®™√ INN Nigeria ©

As promised in his bid to support the security outfits in Ikorodu local government, Hon Wasiu Adesina (Executive Chairman Ikorodu local government) on Monday 24th of May 2021 delivered two police patrol vehicles.

Aimed at combating every forms of social vices across communities, the council boss officially presented the patrol vans to the head of shagamu police station likewise Ikorodu police station at the secretariat of the local government with stakeholders, traditional heads and dignitaries across Ikorodu local government in attendance.

According to the chairman, the security status of Nigeria is increasingly getting alarming with need for adequate step up in the law enforcement agencies at every region in order to promote peace and tranquility for inhabitants of the society.

“We cannot take away the fervent contributions of our law enforcement agencies in bringing peace to our vicinities. Consistently combating crimes that stems from cultism, thuggery and hooliganism is a constant plight been faced by our security operatives, And most times due to insufficient back up or mobility apparatus, they tend to inadequately cater to pressing crimes when it occurs” Hon Wasiu Adesina

This is why today we’re supporting the Police station in Ikorodu and shagamu with two official patrol vehicles to help their positive quest in bringing lasting peace to Ikorodu local government”

“I would like to urge our law enforcement agencies to ensure they maintain these patrol vans and also to be rest assured that what we have provided for them today is a tip of the iceberg, As they should be expecting more support from my administration to foster peace and progress in Ikorodu local government” Hon Wasiu Adesina Added

Representating both law enforcement agencies at the official presentation event, Mr Adekunle Omibakin (Shagamu Police Station) praised the Hon Wasiu Adesina for his support towards bringing peace to Ikorodu local government, assuring the council boss of a more intensifying security presence across the communities.

“Hon Wasiu Adesina is very special to us as a security outfit, We believe in his leadership and has always been at peace with his level of precision to handling crisis issues” Mr Adekunle Omibakin

“We are not surprised by what he has done today because we know that if he has the enormous capacity then he would do more for us to thrive effectively in our lines of duties

“I want to assure him that just as he had earlier stated as regards the maintenance of the patrol vans, We would ensure to keep them in good shape knowing that it helps us to perform better”

“We cannot thank Hon Wasiu Adesina enough for all he has done for us overtime, But on behalf of the Shagamu police station and Ikorodu Police station, I want to appreciate our council boss for his continuous support as we work together to make Ikorodu local government safe for all to dwell in” Mr Adekunle Omibakin added

Highlight of the program was the subsequent Official presentation to both police stations, the keys of patrol vans delivered to each heads present.

“We thank God For Supplying The Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government to provide these Patrol Vehicles for our police force. We appreciate him for the steps he has taken so far, In the northern part of Nigeria is a different story” Martins Tokunbo
