21st February 2022, Bldr. Olusesan Daini sets another major record as Lagos State Magistrate Court had its first seating in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.
It came to light as Mr Tajudeen Elias, the Chief Registrar, the Magistrate, Ms Adenike Onilogbo, Mr Sanusi, Director Administration, Lagos state Judiciary Service Commission and others paid a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman, Bldr. Olusesan Daini after the seating.
Mr Tajudeen Elias, the Chief Registrar said the efficacy of having magistrate court at the grassroots cannot be overemphasized, because it will prevent people from travelling before getting justice.
He also said Magistrate Court will also enhance peaceful coexistence and fast track small claim cases in 60 days and handle regular cases within Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and its environs.
Ms Adenike Onilogbo, the Magistrate that presides over the court commended the Executive Chairman for providing Lagos State’s standard Court facility for Lagos State judiciary to bring justice to the grassroots.
She also commended the king, Oba Semiudeen Orimadegun (Emugoriade1) for facilitating community support to make the magistrate court a reality in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.
The Executive Chairman, Bldr. Olusesan Daini expressed gratitude towards God Almighty for the wisdom, initiative, and privilege to bring Magistrate Court to Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA Daini also rained praises on the Chief judge of Lagos State and the paramount king of Igbogbo Kingdom, Oba Semiu Orimadegun Kasali (Emugoriade 1) for his unequal efforts in facilitating the sitting of the Court in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.
Daini’s Government, with this move, has successfully brought the hope of common people to Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA. The meeting was attended by Vice-Chairman, Hon. Nuraini Okedina-Maja. Council-Manager, Mrs Mojisola Ogabi and Council Engr. Segun Orelesi and others.
