The Executive Chairman of Igbogbo Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Bldr. Sesan Daini, on the 28th of July 2023, inspected the completed drainage and barricade at the Ojota bus stop along Igbogbo road.
The drainage and barricade were constructed to prevent flooding and ensure the safety of road users.
Initiated by the council, the project was executed to address the perennial problem of flooding in the area, which had caused damage to properties and disrupted economic activities.
During the inspection, Bldr. Daini expressed his satisfaction to Ikorodu News Network (INN) regarding the quality of work done by the contractors and commended them for their commitment to the project.
He noted that the completion of the project would bring relief to the people of the area and improve the standard of living.
