Residents of Ginti axis (Igbogbo Baiyeku LCDA) in Ikorodu Constituency 2 are expressing their gratitude and elation as Hon. Moshood Abiodun Aro, the representative of Ikorodu Constituency 2 at the Lagos State House of Assembly, spearheads a road palliative project in their communities.
This heartwarming initiative, in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Works and infrastructure, is set to bring much-needed improvements to the local road infrastructure just in time for the upcoming yuletide season.
The road palliative project, which has been long-awaited by the residents of Ginti community, heading towards Igbe-lara is seen as a commendable step towards enhancing the quality of life in these communities.
“With the festive season fast approaching, the initiative couldn’t have come at a better time, as it promises smoother and safer transportation routes for the residents and visitors” a residents disclosed to Ikorodu News Network (INN).
“This is expected to alleviate the long-standing difficulties faced by commuters, especially during the yuletide season when traffic intensifies”.
The project, which has garnered overwhelming support and commendation from residents, involves granite on the major bad spots, and pothole repairs, drainage enhancements, and other measures aimed at significantly improving the road network.
