STEWARDSHIP ACCOUNT: NYCN IMOTA LCDA LOCAL BRANCH SCORECARD OF 100 DAYS IN OFFICE ~ INN Nigeria

The reward for hard work, the saying goes is more work. This popular maxim is applicable to the effect as the third Executive of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Imota LCDA Local Branch led by Comrade Folarin Adegboyega Awal presents her scorecard to the entirety of youths in Imota LCDA.

In commemoration of our 100 days in office on the journey so far to re-birth a new dawn in Youth Council of Imota LCDA which started on 4th of June 2020.

In the last 100 days in office, the present executive in a bid to sustained the youth mandate entrusted on us embarked on the following activities, projects and programme.

Distribution of food items as palliative to vulnerable youths in Imota LCDA.

Organize MaskUp Imota LCDA to sensitize the public and distribute 5,000 free Nosemask in Imota LCDA.

Organize a successful inauguration programme.

Instrumental in the electioneering process of the NYCN Lagos State Chairman, Comrade Lekan Biliaminu-Oba.

Introduction and launching of the We Mantra which serve as the action plan and youth developmental agenda in Imota LCDA.

Organize first quarterly Youth Management Meeting.

Establishment of 8 different directorates in executing and implementing her projects and programmes.

Facilitate the reduction in the registration fees for all organisations/associations in Imota LCDA from N20,000 to N7,000.

Increase the strength of membership from 30% to 80%.

Opening of new social media accounts for NYCN IMOTA LCDA towards projecting and rebranding her image

Facilitate the rehabilitation of Imota Youth Centre

Organize an online Facebook Live Chat on #Urun eni programme.

Organize courtesy visitation to different personalities both within and outside Imota LCDA.

Facilitate job opportunities for youths in the ongoing 774,000 NDE palliative job recruitment exercise.

Organize Youth Leadership Summit in commemoration of 2020 International Youth Day.

While congratulating all the executive cabinet of NYCN Imota LCDA Local Branch, we want to use this medium to appreciate all and sundry for the love and support as we continue to work towards achieving the set objectives in our action plan and developmental agenda.
