
Former Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Wasiu Adesina, on Saturday, May 23, 2026, participated in the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primaries held in Ikorodu, Lagos State, where he cast his vote in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
Adesina voted at Ita-Elewa Ward C, Ikorodu, as part of the party’s internal electoral process.
After casting his ballot, he commended President Tinubu for the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda, describing it as a bold initiative aimed at transforming key sectors of the Nigerian economy and improving national development.
The former council chairman expressed confidence in the leadership direction of the federal government, noting that ongoing reforms were laying a foundation for long-term stability and growth.
